{"id":6275,"date":"2026-01-14T13:49:40","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T20:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/matutino1179.com\/?p=6275"},"modified":"2026-01-15T13:54:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T20:54:58","slug":"fiscalia-imputa-a-representante-legal-de-waldos-por-presunto-uso-de-documentos-falsos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/matutino1179.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/14\/fiscalia-imputa-a-representante-legal-de-waldos-por-presunto-uso-de-documentos-falsos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda imputa a representante legal de Waldo\u2019s por presunto uso de documentos falsos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora inform\u00f3 que el representante legal de la empresa titular de la sucursal Waldo\u2019s siniestrada en el centro de Hermosillo fue imputado por su probable responsabilidad en diversos delitos relacionados con el incendio ocurrido el 1 de noviembre de 2025, que dej\u00f3 decenas de v\u00edctimas.<\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>De acuerdo con la FGJES, Jos\u00e9 Luis \u201cN\u201d, en su car\u00e1cter de representante legal de la persona moral, habr\u00eda realizado tr\u00e1mites ante autoridades municipales utilizando documentos falsos para la obtenci\u00f3n de permisos, adem\u00e1s de incurrir en omisiones que, seg\u00fan la imputaci\u00f3n, debieron ser atendidas para evitar el resultado que finalmente se present\u00f3. Por estos hechos, el Ministerio P\u00fablico le imput\u00f3 los delitos de uso de documento falso e incumplimiento de un deber legal, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n, el juez determin\u00f3 imponerle la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada; sin embargo, dicha medida no pudo ejecutarse debido a que el imputado cuenta con una suspensi\u00f3n de amparo vigente.
