El Juez calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n, impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva y ampli\u00f3 el plazo constitucional a 144 horas para resolver su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>Tras su captura, el imputado fue trasladado a Navojoa e ingresado al Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (CERESO), en un operativo coordinado por la AMIC y la Polic\u00eda Municipal.
